Our advisory services

The Federal Ministry of Labor and the European Social Fund (ESF) finance 100 percent of the project. The advisory service is, therefore, free of charge for you.

Each company participating in the program has a '100 Percent' contact person who will guide them through the entire advisory process. And depending upon the focus of the content, will call upon other advisors with specialist expertise, as necessary, in the areas of equality, income, career and career planning.

Our 100 Percent consultation guides you through four phases:

Defining targets and selecting the advisory topics

As part of the core consultation phase, you will work with your case manager on selected key issues. The consulting content is divided into three consulting packages and can be flexibly combined:

  • Advisory package Basics of Equality

  • Advisory package Career

  • Advisory package Income


The advisory package Basics of Equality is a compulsory part of the consultation process and gives you basic insights into the legal framework with regard to equality as well as into the economic and corporate benefits of gender equality.


Within the advisory package Career, you can choose from six consulting modules together with your case manager and thus work specifically on the career processes of your company:

  • In-depth career analysis

  • Recruiting

  • Leadership

  • Career development

  • Time out management

  • Internal & external communication


In case you decide to work on the gender equality-oriented design of the remuneration system and salary processes of your company, six advisory modules are available to you within our advisory package Income:

  • In-depth income analysis

  • Job evaluation

  • Leadership

  • Salary development

  • Performance evaluation

  • Internal & external communication


The specific design of the consultation content will be tailored to your company and your needs by your case manager. Depending on the focus of the content, proven specialists from our team can be called in. 


In addition to this company-focused consultation, we offer optional career advice for your female employees.
